<description>I have resolved this- looks like the WebService it installs runs under the DefaultAppPool in IIS.

Under IIS7 I had to change the DefaultAppPool advanced settings to set 'Enable 32-Bit Applications' to true before installing.

I will probably set this back and add a new app pool with this setting for the web service to us though, to prevent it affecting anything else on the server.

Under IIS 6.0 I would have had to force the entire IIS to run in 32-bit mode.

I'm using Windows Server 2008 and on the Time Reporting Server setup I get an error.

Looking in the event log the error ultimately appears to have the following crash log, which seems like may be due to a 32-bit dll being called from a 64-bit process.

Is there any workaround for this?

congratulations on your purchase! =) Hope you are enjoying TX Looker. Chrono would definitely be a useful supplement in that it brings accountability (lets you see who did what and when at work) and visibility into your work.
