TeamExpand Announces Release of TX Chrono 1.5.5, TFS Timesheet /05/28/2013/

Sunnyvale, CA - TeamExpand, a developer of products complimentary to Microsoft Visual Studio Team System (VSTS), today announced the 1.5.5.73521 version of its TX Chrono, a timesheet tracking application targeted at software development organizations that standardize on the Visual Studio .NET environment.

Major changes and improvements:

  1. TX Chrono installers have been unified (the Time Reporting Service, User Interface, Synchronization Service, Scheduler, and License Service are now a single application).
  2. TX Chrono installation experience has been enhanced significantly.
  3. SID-based synchronization has been implemented (the issues with removing user accounts from the Active Directory have been resolved).
  4. The settings page has been implemented (it is now possible to configure the Default Time Table and Active Directory).
  5. TFS 2008 is no longer supported.
  6. From now, .NET Framework 4.0 is required.
