TeamExpand Launches VSTS-Outlook Bridge at VSLive!, Premier Visual Studio Developers Conference, in San Francisco /03/31/2008/

TeamExpand announces the availability of the commercial version of its TX Looker, a software application add-in for Microsoft Outlook targeted at software development organizations standardizing on the Visual Studio .Net development environment. The product was launched today at VSLive!, a premier Visual Studio developers conference, in San Francisco, CA.

TX Looker allows both developers and non-technical staff to access Microsoft’s Visual StudioTeam System (VSTS) through the familiar Microsoft Outlook interface, without having to purchase separate licenses of Microsoft Team Explorer, a software application typically used to access Visual Studio Team System.

TX Looker also enables you to modify your TFS Work Items, report bugs, issues and time, link e-mails and meetings to Work Items, all in a single application. As a result, the new add-in improves team performance and productivity, eliminates double entry, and makes software development projects more visible and predictable.

Trial version of the product is available for free download.

To learn more about TX Looker and/or view online demo, please visit the product's Overview page.
